Lee has arranged for access to the hotel directly from his home through an additional gate that allowed Lee to go to and from as he pleased, a convenience Lilly as well as Dara will now have. Iococca's family initially listed the house for sale at $26 million. Lilly gave Dara the right to the house in November 2020.
